I stole the title for this entry from my good buddy from college, Josh. It was his band name. I am horrible at keeping this blog up. I have too many commitments all over the place. I last wrote in here right after Grandpa passed away. Since then, one of my many earthly "dads", Lee Lewis, went home to be with the Lord. That was very difficult emotionally. I went with the men at our church on our fall fishing trip and that was very good for me. I have started a six week journey of prayer that will end on Christmas morning and God is really doing a great work in my life. He continues to grow our church as well. I am so honored that Christ uses me as a pastor.
That's about the extent of what I would update anyone on for right now. Thanksgiving is coming up next week and I am currently on fall break (that's seminary lingo for "finishing a procrastinated paper in one week!). So...Christmas is almost here and there is a whole lot of stuff to finish up! In the meantime, bring on the turkey!
